The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bank opening form of the contemporary period, in terms of the directions given by this Court vide order dated 22.02.2024, has been furnished to the I.O concerned. He submits that the said form contains the signatures of the petitioner. 2.

In view of the above, the learned APP on instructions from the I.O, submits that the petitioner is no more required for any custodial interrogation and in case he is required for any further investigation, he will be called upon by the I.O concerned.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioner being arrested, he be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
