This petition has been filed seeking wilful disobedience of order dated 18th March 2025, passed by the District Judge, South District- Saket Courts directing status quo on the property bearing A-145, Ground Floor, Shivalik, New Delhi - 110017 in a dispute which arose between the mother and sister on one side and two sons on the other.

Counsel for respondent has informed that today an order has been passed by the District Judge, wherein the plaint now stands returned under Order VII Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 (CPC), stating that the Court has no jurisdiction to try the present matter. 3.

It has also been noted in the said order that the status quo granted vide order dated 18th March 2025 stands vacated.
