The present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 22nd May, 2023. 2.

The operative portion of the said order is extracted below: "3.

In the light of this assurance given by learned counsel for the respondent, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to process in accordance with the decision of the Apex Court in Sunil Kumar B (supra), the petitioners' joint application, within eight weeks, physical copy whereof was filed with the office of the respondent on 21.12.2022.

Needless to state, in case, the petitioners are aggrieved by any order passed by the respondents, it will be open for them to seek legal recourse as permissible in law."

Counsel for the respondent submits that an order has been passed by the respondent on 6th June, 2025 in respect of each of the five petitioners. 3.1 Copies of the aforesaid orders have been handed over to counsel for CONT.CAS(C) 957/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
