% 13.02.2018 It is submitted that property disputes between the petitioners and respondent no.2 had led to registration of FIR No. 32/2012 under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC at police station Najafgarh, on the complaint of respondent no.2. Subsequently, Sections 205/209/120B IPC were added. It is further submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 22nd August, 2017, therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by ASI Tej Ram of police station Najafgarh. Respondent no.

2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
