The present petition under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 482 Cr.P.C. ) has been filed by the petitioner seeking setting aside of Judgment dated 27.05.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate in Case No. 1185/2015, under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate petition in accordance with law before appropriate Forum. 3.

The petition and pending applications are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for, as per law.
