The counsel for the respondent appears and states that the cheque for Rs.4,35,000/- mentioned in the order dated 26th September, 2017 has been encashed.

The counsels on enquiry state that the appeal being RFA No.13/2015 is listed next before the Court of Sh. Sunil Chaudhary, Additional District Judge (ADJ), North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi on 1st November, 2017. 4.

This petition is disposed of with a request to the Court of ADJ, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi to dispose of the appeal aforesaid on or before 30th November, 2017.

Till the disposal of the appeal on or before 30th November, 2017, the execution of the judgment and decree appealed against shall remain stayed. 6.
