Petitioner/tenant seeks permission to withdraw this petition for the reason that parties have settled the disputes and possession of the subject premises has already been handed over to the respondent/landlord. Learned counsel for respondent/landlord who has appeared with respondent no. 2 affirms that possession of the subject premises stands restored during execution proceedings.
