The parties have settled the matter vide settlement agreement dated 15th January 2025, arrive at, with the facilitation of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The settlement agreement is on record. The same has been perused by the Court and is found to be lawful and acceptable. The settlement agreement has been signed by the parties and countersigned by the respective counsel. 3.

Plaintiff nos.1 & 2 are present in Court. Defendant no.2 is also present in Court. Defendant no.1 is a senior citizen and is exempted from appearance. Defendant no.3 is resident in Chennai and defendant no.4 is resident in United States of America and, therefore, are exempted from appearance. 4.

Considering that plaintiff no.3 is a minor who is represented through his mother (plaintiff no.1), the rights of the minor shall remain open after achieving the age of majority.
