CRL.M.A. 27924/2024 in BAIL APPLN. 2418/2024 The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant/accused seeking extension of interim bail for 15 days under Section 439 Cr.P.C. r/w Section 482 Cr.P.C. on the ground of the applicant's missing son.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in bail application 2418/2024 the interim bail was granted on 14.08.2024 for the demise of the son of the petitioner for 15 days from 20.08.2024 to 04.09.2024. extended till 13.09.2024. However, learned counsel submits that in the meantime another son of the petitioner namely Sagar who was admitted to rehabilitation facility on account of drug and substance addiction have gone missing since 03.09.2024. Learned counsel submits that regarding this general report on 09.09.2024 has already been lodged. Learned counsel submits that therefore interim bail may further be extended. I consider that the petitioner has already been given concession of interim bail on the death of his son and for performing the last rites of his son.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the present application is dismissed.

However, concerned SHO is directed to take all steps for tracing out Mr. Sagar, son of the applicant.
