Counsel for petitioners states that by order dated 26th November 2019 in FAO (OS) 169/2019, the Supreme Court dismissed the Special Leave Petitions ('SLP'). The relevant portion of the order is extracted below for ready reference.

"5. Having heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner at a considerable length and after carefully perusing the material available on record, we are not inclined to interfere with the common impugned Order passed by the High Court.

6. The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed."

The impugned common orders before the Supreme Court pertain to Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("A&C Act") petitions before the Division Bench of this Court, which in turn had challenged the order passed by the Single Judge under Section 34 of A&C Act.

It is noted that petitioners before the Division Bench of this Court and the Supreme Court are respondents in these matters. 4.

Senior Counsel for respondent states on instructions that respondent is a victim of fraud perpetuated on them by petitioners. 5.

However considering the directions of the Supreme Court, these matters must be disposed of.
