% 19.11.2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A (4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extending the period for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award by six months.

Mr. Parish Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states, he leave it to the court to pass appropriate order. Noting the contents of the petition, the period for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of one year effective from March 20, 2019.

The petition stands disposed of.
