By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks modification of this Court's order dated 25.09.2024 with regard to bail condition 5 (i) vide which it has been directed that the applicant/petitioner shall not leave the NCR without prior permission of the concerned Court as the applicant claims to be a permanent resident of Village Balelpur Mazra Paniyala Chandapur, Roorkee Haridwar, Uttarakhand. 2.

Learned SPP appearing for NCB on advance notice, states upon instructions that he has no objection to the said prayer of the applicant. 3.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the condition no.5 (i) contained in the order dated 25.09.2024 stands deleted. 4.
