The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he would be satisfied if the trial is expedited. 2.

He submits that the applicant is a woman having a minor child to be taken care of.

Section 35 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 provides that the Special Courts shall complete the trial within a period of one year from the date of taking cognizance of the offence.

The victim was examined on 22.03.2024. In such circumstances, the trial is likely to be get over within a period of five to six months.

In view of the above, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the bail application afresh if the trial does not conclude within a period of five to six months. AMIT MAHAJAN, J SEPTEMBER 17, 2024 "SS"
