CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN

% 06.12.2024 1.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

2.

It is noticed that even on the last date i.e. 22nd July, 2024 nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3.

Learned counsel for the respondent, however, informs that the directions given by learned Division Bench of this Court on 14th February, 2024 in W.P.(C) 14520/2023 have been duly complied with and the petitioner was being examined by the Medical Board and was found fit and has already been offered post of Constable(Driver) vide Memorandum dated 18th July, 2024.

4.

It seems that precisely for the above said reason and since the grievance of the petitioner has been duly taken care of, there is no appearance from his side.

The copy of the Memorandum offering post of Constable (Driver) is taken on record.

6.

In view of the above said subsequent development nothing survives in the present petition.

7.

Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
