O R D E R

% 14.05.2018 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that matter has been settled with the complainant. Memorandum of Understanding/Compromise Deed dated 18th April, 2018 has been placed on record. Complainant is also present in Court along with her counsel and admits that matter has been settled between her and petitioner.

Petitioner has paid `2 lacs to the complainant vide a demand draft, photocopy where has been placed on record.

Complainant submits that she has no objection in case anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner.

FIR No. 707/2017 was registered under Sections 498A/406/377 IPC

at police station Vijay Vihar by the complainant. Matter has now been settled between the complainant and accused (petitioner). Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
