After part arguments, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions of his client present in court room and after taking a pass-over to discuss with him submits that the petitioner is ready to vacate the subject premises on or before 31.12.2024, so protecting him from execution till that day, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition. Learned counsel for respondents on instructions of son of his client present in the court room submits that they are not averse to this request.

Accordingly at request of both sides, the petition and the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with the direction that till 31.12.2024, operation of the impugned eviction order shall remain stayed and till that day, the petitioner shall continue to pay use and occupation charges to the respondents, as already fixed, but if the petitioner does not The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
