Mr. Tushar Singh, learned counsel for the decree holder, fairly states that the judgment and decree sought to be executed in the instant case stands satisfied. He, however, contends that the conduct of the judgment debtors should be considered by the Court in the context of the order taking suo moto contempt against them.

Learned counsel for the decree holder takes this Court through the order dated 01.03.2024 and submits that necessary action be taken against the judgment debtors.

On the other hand, Mr. Avneesh Garg , learned counsel who appears for judgment debtors no. 1 to 3, explains, through his reply to the suo motu contempt notice, that the steps taken by the judgment debtors were bona fide, and there was no willful intent to disobey any of the directions passed The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. After considering the various submissions and the material available on record, the Court finds that since the judgment and decree passed by this Court stands satisfied. No useful purpose would be served in continuing the proceedings.
