1. The UPSC's advice dated 13th December, 2019, has been submitted in a sealed cover, which has been opened and viewed by the Court. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has also been served a copy thereof.

2. In light of the advice of the UPSC, a direction is issued to the Respondents that the Disciplinary Authority ('DA') should now conclude the enquiry proceedings and pass orders in accordance with law. This be completed positively on or before 31st March, 2020.
