The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 05/2021 dated 07.01.2021, registered under Sections 313, 498A, 506, 34 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, at Police Station Rajinder Nagar. 2.
The petition is predicated on the assertion that an amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties. In this regard, a settlement agreement dated 03.07.2024 has been placed on record along with the petition.

Ms. Saumya Dwivedi, learned counsel for respondent No. 2, however, categorically submits that the settlement has not materialised and that the parties are continuing to pursue the proceedings before the CRL.M.C. 5321/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. learned Trial Court. She further submits that subsequent to the filing of the present petition, petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 have instituted an independent petition, being CRL.M.C. 6347/2025, seeking quashing of the aforesaid FIR on merits.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, and as respondent No. 2 is not amenable to any settlement, the present petition stands dismissed.
