Counsel for the petitioner points out that with respect to the same petitioner, related to other connected complaints under Section 138 NI Act, orders were passed by this Court on 12th July 2024 in Crl.M.C. 5300/2024 to Crl.M.C. 5303/2024. Benefit accorded in the said order is therefore extended to this petitioner as well.

In the facts and circumstances, counsel for petitioner undertakes that they will take steps to revive the Section 138 proceedings in which they will appear as and when summoned by the Court and will provide their current address to the Ld. MM.

On this basis, and in order to ensure that the proceedings under 138 proceed unabated, impugned order is set aside. 4.

Steps for revival of the s.138 proceedings along with the copy of the order will be made within two weeks. Petitions are disposed of. 5.
