The Petition under Section 482 CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of the complaint under Section 138 of the NIA Act and also the summoning Order dated 05.09.2023 passed in the said proceedings against the petitioner.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to seek the remedy against the impugned Order dated 05.09.2023, before the Revision Court. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
