This Petition challenges the provisional attachment of bank account of the Petitioner under Section 83 of the CGST Act vide the impugned order dated 28th March, 2025. The said bank account of the Petitioner has been attached on the ground that the Petitioner has availed and utilised fraudulent ITC and has caused revenue loss to the tune of Rs. 74.81 crores. 4.

withdraw the present petition, to re-file it with better particulars. 5.

Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If the petition is re-filed, the exact bank balance in the said bank account shall be placed on record along with the bank statements from 1st January, 2025 onwards.
