The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the Order dated 05.06.2024 passed by the Ld. Judge, South-West District, Saket Courts, Delhi.

The portion of the Impugned Order dated 05.06.2024 passed at 01:00 PM shows that the Petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- due and payable by the Petitioner which is the amount of five months' maintenance. 3.
As far as other portion of the Impugned Order dated 05.06.2024 is concerned by which directions have been issued for the execution of maintenance under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C, this Court is of the opinion that there is no infirmity in the said Order.
