Concededly, chargesheet has already been filed in the present case.

The present petition was filed way back in the year 2019 and has been kept pending for some reason or the other. 3.
The matters were not heard for a period of almost two years due to the onset of COVID-19.

The matter cannot be said to be pending because of the petitioner's fault. However, since the chargesheet has already been filed, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition when, concededly, the petitioner has all liberty to address all arguments before the learned Trial Court during the arguments on charge.
