Mr. Darpan Wadhwa, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner, states that as far as prayer (i) and (vi) is concerned, the same stands satisfied. 2.

As far as prayer (ii), (iv) and (v), is concerned, it is stated that the Petitioner has already approached the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).

As far as prayer (iii) is concerned, the ground rent has been paid without prejudice, subject to the Petitioner's right to challenge it before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

As far as prayer (vii) is concerned, separate proceedings have been initiated.

No notice has been issued in the writ petition. 6.

In view of the fact that the Petitioner has already approached RERA, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner states that he will withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to approach this Court if need so arises in future.

Permission and liberty, as sought for, is granted. 8.

In view of the above, no further directions are being passed in the present writ petition.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with pending application(s), if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
