The present Petition filed by the Petitioner seeking to impugn an order dated 11.08.2023 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge-cum-Rent Controller (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi. By the Impugned Order, the learned Trial Court has dismissed three miscellaneous applications filed by the Petitioner for the reasons as set out in the order. This Court had an occasion to examine the matter and on 16.10.2023 has passed a detailed order.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

The present Petition along with pending application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty sought for.
