% 01.03.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as the petitioner is contemplating to initiate the arbitration proceedings within next 30 to 60 days.

Learned counsel submits that the protection granted by this court vide order dated 10.10.2023 may be extended for 60 days. In view of the submission made, the present petition along with pending application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the protection granted by this court vide order dated 10.10.2023 shall remain operative till 30.03.2024.
