The present application has been filed under Section 151 CPC, seeking condonation of delay of 152 days in compliance of the judgment dated 06.05.2024.

Upon considering the various reasons for the delay as explained in the application, the Court finds that the delay of 152 days in compliance of the judgment dated 06.05.2024 deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, the same stands condoned.

The appellant is directed to comply with the said judgment within a period of seven working days from today.

The application stands disposed of.
