% 15.03.2018 CRL.M.A. 4858/2018 The Crl. M.C. 346/2015 has been disposed of vide order dated 30.01.2015 and the FIR No. 70/2014, PS Welcome Colony under Sections 498A/406/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 having been quashed already, the matter has been taken up on CRL.M.A. 4858/2018 filed by the petitioner seeking setting aside the said order dated 30.01.2015 as void, null and non-est inter alia submitting to the effect that there was a fraud practiced upon the petitioner herein.

Notice of the petition be issued to the respondents. Learned APP for State accepts notice on behalf of the State. Response thereto be submitted. Notice be also issued to the petitioner no.2 on taking of steps by the petitioner.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the incorrect

paper book has been supplied, the complete set of the petition be supplied to the State.
