The submissions of learned counsel for the defendants are borne out from the record; and there has been no appearance on behalf of plaintiff on 02.09.2024, 07.11.2024, 11.11.2024, 21.01.2025 and 01.04.2025. 4.

The plaintiff has also failed to file its replication in the suit and rejoinder to interim applications in this matter. It therefore appears that plaintiffs are not willing to prosecute this suit. 5.

Accordingly, the suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. 6.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

Pending applications stand disposed of.
