This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "(i) issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to release the scholarship funds of the Petitioners for the years 2020-2021 and onwards without any further delay; and (ii) direct the Respondents to compensate the Petitioners due to the delay caused in their course and for the loss of crucial academic years; and (iii) direct the Respondents to complete the course of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Petitioners within one year without any delay so that they can secure jobs as commercial pilots immediately after the completion of their course;"

The respondent No.2 has handed over a counter affidavit, wherein they have stated that the respondent No.2 would ensure that the scholarship to students as well as complete training to them is provided in the 2026-2027 Session.

Taking the statement and affidavit on record and binding the respondent No.2 to the same, the petition is disposed of. 4.
Needless to state that the respondent No.1 shall continue to perform its obligations.

The petitioner shall file an affidavit with advance copy to the respondent No.2 stating that the petitioner will abide by the flying schedule given by the respondent No.2.

The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.
