The petitioner and respondent Nos. 3 and 4 - Guru Nanak Public School ["the School"], have entered into a mediated settlement dated 21.08.2025. A copy of the said Settlement Agreement has been placed on record by the learned Mediator. It is signed by the petitioner, the Manager of the School, and the learned Mediator.

The petitioner and Mr. Devesh Sharma, learned counsel for the School, are present on video conferencing and confirm that the disputes have been settled.

In view of the above, the petitioner states that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
