Vide order dated 13.03.2024, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the applicants in BAIL APPLN. 2899/2023 and BAIL APPLN. 3409/2023 recording the undertaking of the complainant and the victim that if the balance amount of Rs.3 lakhs lying deposited in this Court is released to them, they will cooperate in quashing of the FIR, as and when steps are taken by the applicants to file a petition for quashing. The undertaking was accepted and Registry was directed to release the sum of Rs.3 lakhs in favour of the complainant and the victim as per the required procedure. 2.

complainant and the victim, respectively.

Complainant and victim are present in Court and are identified by the Investigating Officer SI Sartaj Khan, PS: Karawal Nagar. The victim Mohd. Altamash states that he has no objection to the entire amount being released in favour of the complainant Mohd. Zubair. The statement is taken on record.

Accordingly, order dated 13.03.2024 is clarified and Registry is directed to release the sum of Rs.3 lakhs in favour of the complainant. 5.
