Through this application, Petitioner pointed out that a typographical error in paragraph no. 3 of judgment dated 06th August, 2024 wherein the writ petition, W.P.(C) 549/2010, has been inadvertently mentioned as W.P.(C) 49/2010. Accordingly, it is directed that the writ petition in paragraph no. 3 shall be read as W.P.(C) 549/2010. 2.

All the other grounds urged by Petitioner, which have been styled as seeking modification/ correction of the judgment, are in the nature of seeking a review.

This Court finds no error apparent on the face of the record.
