On 18th December, 2023, Mr. Saurabh Mishra, counsel for Petitioners, was discharged from representing the Petitioners. Furthermore, Court notices were issued to be served on Petitioners. 2.

Petitioners No. 1 to 3 stand served. However, there has been no appearance on their behalf for the past several hearings, as can be noticed in orders dated 09th April, 2024 and 16th August, 2024. The position remains the same even today.

In view of the above, it is apparent that the Petitioners have lost interest in the matter.

The present petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
