After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. He, however, requests that since the matter is pending for some time, directions be issued to the trial court to conclude the trial in the aforesaid matter. The aforesaid request is merited. 2.

The trial court is requested to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. The pending application is also disposed of.
