% 08.01.2020 IA 139/2020 By way of the present application the arbitrator appointed by this Court seeks discharge from conducting the arbitration proceedings. It is mentioned in the application that after the order was received by the arbitrator, it came to her notice that one of the advocates on record for the petitioner was previously a colleague of the arbitrator in the same office and the sole proprietor of the petitioner is the father of the said advocate. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The mandate of the arbitrator appointed by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2019 is terminated and the arbitrator is discharged from conducting the present proceedings.
