Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that they have duly arrived at an amicable settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC), by virtue of a Settlement Agreement dated 28.01.2025, copy whereof has been placed on record. Learned counsel for both sides pray that the appeal, therefore, be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement.

In light of the aforesaid, the appeal alongwith accompanying applications, is disposed of by directing the parties to remain bound by the terms of the said Settlement Agreement.
