"a) record the Compromise/Settlement executed between the parties in terms of the MOU dated 27.05.2025; and/or b) disposed off the appeal in terms of the MOU dated 27.05.2025, executed between the parties; and/or c) pass necessary directions thereby directing the release of the amount, so deposited by the Appellant and lying with the registry of this Court, to be released in favor of the Appellant, in the interest of justice."
