The Court has perused the papers present by the Registry and it is pertinent to note that the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, HQs, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi was unable to adjudicate the matter and accordingly, requested the Registrar for taking appropriate steps to transfer the matter to any other Court of competent jurisdiction. Therefore, the instant file has been placed before this Court. 2.

Taking into consideration the overall controversy and the issue involved therein, with the consent of the parties, the Court directs for transfer of the proceedings from the present Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, HQs, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to the Principal District & Sessions Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
