Petition for quashing of FIR No.408/2021 under Sections 354/354(B)/354(D)/506/509/451/34 IPC, P.S. Pul Prahaladpur is sought to be quashed on the basis of Compromise-cum-Affidavit dated 07.10.2021. The record shows that the co-accused Sh. Robin Verma had not been made a party to the Petition but vide Order dated 24.12.2021 he has been directed to be impleaded a Respondent No.3 though it is stated that he is not traceable. 2.

The Complainant/Respondent No.2 is also not appearing. 3.

This Petition was filed in October, 2021 and the Chargesheet already stands filed.

No ground for quashing, is made out.

Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the Parties to raise their contentions before the Trial Court.
