respondents submits that the process of holding elections for the Board of Directors of respondent no.5 Society has been concluded and the elections are scheduled for tomorrow. He submits that in this view any grievances that the petitioners may have regarding deferment of elections; making of electoral rolls; and appointment of an administrator; may not survive. 2.
In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition while reserving all rights and contentions. The learned counsel also seeks liberty to initiate further proceedings if aggrieved by the outcome of the election or otherwise.

Dismissed as withdrawn. This order will not preclude the petitioners from availing their remedy or remedies in respect of their grievances if any. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 4.
