Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing of FIR No.400/2016, under Section 287/304A IPC, P.S.Moti Nagar in terms of the Settlement inter-se the parties. 2.
It is submitted that a compensation of Rs.6 lakhs has already been paid before the Employees Compensation Commission. Further the parties have arrived at a mutual agreement dated 09.07.2024 whereby the Petitioner has consented to pay an additional amount of Rs.1 lakhs towards full and final settlement of the present proceedings.

The Respondent No.2, Smt. Kashmira Devi mother of the deceased is present along with her son Ramu Ram and has endorsed having received Rs.6 lakhs before the Employees Compensation Commission. It is further explained by her that while Rs.3 lakhs got The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. credited to her account, an FDR of Rs.1.5 lakhs each has been opened in the name of the two minor daughters/Respondent Nos.3 & 4 respectively. She further submits that the two daughters of deceased are being taken care by her. Further she endorses the Settlement dated 09.07.2024 and both the parties submit that they have arrived at the compromise voluntarily and shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement.

A sum of Rs.1 lakhs is paid today in the Court in cash to the Respondent No.2 which is duly accepted by her. 5.
The Petitioner is present in person and is identified by his counsel and Respondent No.2 is present in person and is identified by the I.O.

In view of the Settlement between the parties, FIR No.400/2016, under Section 287/304A IPC, P.S.Moti Nagar and the proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed. 7.
Petition is disposed of.
