The pleadings would indicate that the impugned action which is sought to be challenged by the petitioner is in pursuance of the directions passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 9133/2023.

The petitioner appears to have some grievance only with respect to the one floor, however, the Court, in W.P.(C) 9133/2023, has found that the entire building has been constructed unauthorizedly and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In view of the aforesaid, this Court does not deem it appropriate to entertain the instant writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. Pending applications are also disposed of. 4.

The petitioner, however, shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.
