These applications have been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking modification in the Order dated 10.07.2024 passed by this Court. 2.

This Court vide a common Order dated 10.07.2024 passed in all the petitions had discharged the Petitioner in all the five complaints bearing Nos.CC No.514199/2016, CC No.13692/2016, CC No.536451/2016, CC No.5466/2016 and CC No.16930/2016, however, inadvertently, in Paragraph No.1 of the Order dated 10.07.2024 only CC No.16930/2016 has The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

been mentioned instead of all the five complaints. Paragraph No.1 of the Order dated 10.07.2024 reads as under:

"1. All these Petitions pertain to summons issued by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, NI Act, Tis Hazari Courts, vide Order dated 09.02.2022, in Complaint Case No.16930/2016."

The Paragraph No.1 of the Order dated 10.07.2024 will now be read as under:

"1. All these Petitions pertain to summons issued by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, NI Act, Tis Hazari Courts, vide Order dated 09.02.2022, in CC No.514199/2016, CC No.13692/2016, CC No.536451/2016, CC No.5466/2016 and CC No.16930/2016."

Accordingly, the Paragraph No.1 of the Order dated 10.07.2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

Let the present Order and the Order dated 10.07.2024 be read conjointly.
