Present writ petition has been filed seeking a number of prayers. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if this Court were to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20th July, 2022 in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for STF, who appears on advance notice, states that the said representation of the petitioner has already been converted into a complaint by the STF. She assures this Court that an action in accordance with law shall be taken as expeditiously as possible. Recording the aforesaid statement, present writ petition along with the application stands disposed of with a direction to the STF to decide the petitioner's complaint of unauthorised and illegal construction as well as encroachment on public land, as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
