3. Mr. Satyakam, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Respondents accepts notice.

4. The prayer by the Petitioner in this writ petition is for issuance of Form-F in regard to transfer of industrial machinery from Faridabad, Haryana to Delhi.

5. Learned counsel for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the Petitioner can appear before the Assistant Commissioner/Value Added Tax Officer (VATO), Ward 92 on any day as may be directed to produce all the relevant documents and an order will be passed on the Petitioner's request.

6. It is accordingly directed that the Petitioner will appear before the VATO, Ward 92 on 1st March 2016 at 11 am and produce all the relevant documents and also provide the information that may be sought by the said VATO. The VATO will pass an order on the Petitioner's request for issuance of Form-F within a period of two weeks thereafter. A copy of the said decision be issued forthwith to the Petitioner.

7. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.

8. A copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties under the signature of Court Master.
