Ms. Avni Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondentGNCTD submits that the official receiver has been appointed under Section 57 of the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920. She also submits that eight (8) official receivers were appointed earlier and by way of a Gazette Notification dated 28.01.2026, the remaining three (3) official receivers have also been appointed.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the substantial grievance of the petitioner stands mitigated and the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
