There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned Counsel, who appears for the Respondent 1-school submits that the school has granted admission to the petitioner in accordance with the allotment done by the DoE.

She further submits that the respondent school is ready to educate the petitioner as a Disadvantaged Group (DG) category student and provide her all the facilities to which such students would be entitled. She also submits that the admission would be treated as regular and permanent in nature.
