Petitioner, as to whether the present writ petitions would be one of a petition under Article 226 of Article 227 of the Constitution of the India, Mr. Lalit in all fairness states that since the order of the NCDRC which is under challenge is a Tribunal, the petition should be Civil Miscellaneous Main and not the Civil Writ Petition. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petitions with liberty to file appropriate petition in accordance with the High Court Rules.
